Responsible for analyzing compensation data.

Klant Zoekt:

You will assist our HR Team in the following areas:
- Run payroll process
- Advise in payroll, tax and social security related subjects
- HR-reporting
- Controlling of HR related invoices
- Create and calculate job offers and simulations
- Reconciliate payroll with accounting
- Supporting your colleagues by acting as an example and reference within your own job and supporting them as a mentor
- Continously following-up on the most recent developments and tendencies within your fields
- Assist in various HR processes & projects (ERP Implementation)

Jouw Profiel:

- Bachelor or equivalent through experience
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Excellent knowledge on Belgian Labour Law
- Proven experience in fiscal matters relating to payroll, benefits, expats, etc …
- Team Player, Problem Solver, Hands-on attitude
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
- Comfortable to work in an international environment
- Experience in the payroll system of SD (e-blox) is required
- Able to work with Microsoft Office packages
